Elamu Lombok is looking for a passionate Barista to join our team and deliver exceptional coffee experiences with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently
• Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team
• Candidates domiciled in Lombok are preferred
• Good English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking supplies when needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
