Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an engineering or maintenance role (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa; English conversational would be preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks.
• Support pool cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
