Brie Restaurant & Cheesery is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our team in Gianyar, Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Conversational English skills
• Passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within the industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and able to work well as part of a team
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service
