Job summary

• We are seeking an experienced Therapist Supervisor to lead our therapy team and ensure exceptional service standards at our spa. You will play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining quality of treatments, and creating memorable wellness experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a therapist with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in massage therapy or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Guest-oriented, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willing to work in Ubud, Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team of therapists to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Conduct daily briefing, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to therapists.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of spa facilities and equipment.
• Monitor inventory of spa supplies and coordinate orders.
• Assist in developing new treatments and spa promotions.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies, SOPs and health & safety regulations.
