Responsibilities
- Ensure and verify that all computers are usable by users, connected to the network, and functioning normally as intended.
- Install and configure antivirus software to secure company computers
- Troubleshoot any hardware-related issues or network disruptions.
- Check and update any operating system updates and applications used by users.
- Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning and do troubleshooting for any issues related to it.
- Ensure systems used by MCC (Radius, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Ramco) are accessible by the team and used a responsible manner.
- Coordinate with MCC global support teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to all responsibilities above.
Requirements
Education & Job Experience
- 1 Bachelor of Computer Education
- 2 Minimum Having 2-year Experience As IT
Skills and knowledge
General Skill
- Proficiency with Microsoft environments
- Basic English skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of programming language concepts
Specific Skill
- Practical understanding of computer networking principles and security.
- Practical understanding of the principles of switches, routers, and hubs
- Having capability to assemble and troubleshoot computer and server installations
- Troubleshooting Windows, Windows Server, MS Office and Azure
