Qualifiactions

• Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients sourcing, supplier management, and cost control.
• Good negotiation skills with a focus on quality and consistency of products.
• Familiar with purchasing systems and basic Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to join immediately.
