Hidden Hills Villas is looking for a Marketing Communication Executive to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury brand
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Good copywriting skills and basic design abilities (Canva and photo/video editing are a plus)
• Comfortable creating and editing short-form video content
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Passionate about luxury travel and hospitality

Your role:

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
• Help develop the resort’s TikTok channel from the ground up
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and SEO initiatives
• Coordinate influencer visits, media requests, and collaboration opportunities
• Assist in producing marketing materials such as visual content, blog articles, and newsletters
• Update the company website and online booking platforms with relevant content
• Monitor basic marketing analytics and assist with performance reporting
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Supervisor, Sales, and Management teams
