The Mahata Legian is looking for a Receptionist (Daily Worker) to join our team in Legian.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and daily Front Office operations
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate guest records and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Operate hotel reservation systems and perform Front Office administrative tasks
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the hotel’s hospitality standards
