Radha Property and Development is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator
• Creative, proactive, and up to date with the latest social media trends
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Able to create engaging photo and video content
• Basic copywriting and content editing skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across the company’s social media platforms
• Produce creative photo and video content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives
• Write compelling captions and assist with content editing
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on trends and analytics
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and company events
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all social media channels
