Praia Beach Club is looking for a passionate Barista to join our Pre-Opening Team in Nusa Dua.
We’re creating one of Bali’s most welcoming beach coffee experiences, opening in September 2026 at Pandawa Beach, Bali.
Qualifications:
- Passion for coffee and people
- Friendly, confident, and authentic personality
- Enjoy creating memorable guest experiences
- Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
- English-speaking preferred
Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and care
- Create beautiful latte art and deliver high-quality beverage presentations
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
- Build personal connections by remembering guests’ names and favorite orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
- Support daily café operations and work closely with the team to deliver outstanding service
- Help build and grow Praia’s coffee community through memorable guest experiences
