Rumah Alam Manado Adventure Park is looking for a passionate Montessori Teacher to join our team in Manado.

Qualifications:

• Female, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of the Montessori method (Montessori certification is an advantage)
• Passionate about working with young children
• Creative, patient, and nurturing personality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physically and mentally fit
• Willing to relocate to Manado, North Sulawesi

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based learning activities for young children
• Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe and monitor each child’s learning progress and development
• Encourage children’s independence, creativity, and confidence through Montessori principles
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to maintain high educational standards
• Ensure the classroom remains organized, clean, and conducive to learning
