Rumah Alam Manado Adventure Park is looking for an energetic Outbound Instructor to join our team in Manado.

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Passionate about outdoor activities and working with children
• Confident, energetic, and physically fit
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to lead games, team-building activities, and outdoor programs
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team
• Experience as an Outbound Instructor is an advantage
• Willing to relocate to Manado, North Sulawesi

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate outbound games, team-building sessions, and outdoor activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during all activities
• Create fun, interactive, and educational experiences for children and groups
• Prepare and maintain outbound equipment and activity areas
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth program execution
• Encourage teamwork, communication, and participant engagement throughout each activity
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures at all times
