Sana Uluwatu is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager to lead our food and beverage operations in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, and food & beverage standards
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Familiar with the VHP System and POS systems
• Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
• Well-groomed, professional, responsible, and customer-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant and food & beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Monitor service quality, food presentation, and operational standards
• Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, and purchasing activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports and collaborate with management to achieve business goals
• Ensure proper use of the VHP System and POS systems in daily operations
