Nuju Uluwatu is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Finance & Accounting team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT), BPJS, and regulatory compliance
• Experienced in preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements on schedule
• Familiar with the VHP Property Management System (PMS)
• Experience in hotel or hospitality pre-opening projects is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily Finance and Accounting operations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Supervise accounting staff and support their professional development
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and financial documentation
• Collaborate with management to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
• Ensure accurate financial records and support efficient business operations
