A privately owned luxury villa in Seminyak is looking for a dedicated Villa Housekeeper to join our team.

We host international guests on short stays and maintain hotel-level cleanliness combined with warm, discreet personal service. As a Villa Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the daily condition of the villa while also assisting with breakfast preparation and service each morning.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, terraces, and pool deck daily
• Make beds, perform turndown service, and change bed linen and towels according to schedule
• Handle laundry, ironing, and folding of guest and villa linen, including guest laundry upon request
• Perform weekly and monthly deep-cleaning tasks, including windows, glass doors, mirrors, furniture care, air-conditioning vents, and drains
• Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, drinking water, minibar items, tea and coffee supplies, and tissues
• Keep outdoor areas guest-ready by maintaining sun loungers, cushions, towels, and furniture, while coordinating with the gardener and pool technician
• Prepare the villa before guest arrivals and perform deep cleaning after departures using the villa checklist
• Report maintenance issues immediately to the Villa Manager
• Handle lost-and-found items according to company procedures
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report replenishment needs
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely while following waste separation procedures

Breakfast Support & Service

• Assist the Guest Relation Manager with breakfast preparation, including fruit preparation, coffee and tea setup, bread toasting, plating, and garnishing
• Prepare mise en place the evening before and assist with early morning breakfast setup
• Set breakfast tables neatly with clean tableware, glassware, napkins, and flowers
• Serve breakfast, clear tables, wash dishes, and restore the dining and kitchen areas to a spotless condition
• Assist the cook with daily stock checks and report missing breakfast supplies to the Villa Manager

Guest Interaction

• Welcome guests politely while maintaining professionalism and discretion
• Communicate basic information in English, including breakfast schedules, laundry, and housekeeping services
• Report guest requests and complaints promptly to the Villa Manager
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding guests, the property, and the villa owners

Qualifications

Required

• Professional housekeeping training in a 5-star hotel (minimum 4-star), with practical hotel-standard experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel of similar standard or a combination of hotel and luxury villa experience
• Basic conversational English
• Comfortable assisting with kitchen and food service duties
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Neat appearance, honest, reliable, and punctual
• Physically fit and able to work while standing and moving throughout the shift
• Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C and preferably live in the Seminyak, Kerobokan, or Denpasar area
• Willing to start work early (approximately 06:30) and work weekends and public holidays according to the roster

Preferred

• Previous experience in a private luxury villa in addition to hotel experience
• Experience or cross-training in Food & Beverage service
• HACCP or Food Handling certification
• Basic barista or juice/smoothie preparation skills
• Experience using housekeeping checklists or PMS/booking systems

• Salary: Rp3.800.000 – Rp4.500.000 per month (depending on experience)
