Nunamkhalu Private Villas & Spa is looking for a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Kutuh, South Kuta.

Requirements:

• Male candidates are preferred
• Willing to work in Kutuh, South Kuta
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and handle guests professionally
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
• Able to join immediately is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional front desk service
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservation processes efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about villa facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain accurate guest records and perform Front Office administrative tasks
• Follow company SOPs while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service
