- Relevant experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Professional attitude with a commitment to excellence
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive mindset and able to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company SOPs while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer service
