Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Assistant Training Manager, HR Coordinator or F&B professionals seeking a career switch to Training are welcome
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and analytical skills.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting employee training programs.
• Support new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Monitor employee training progress and performance.
• Help prepare training materials and schedules.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Coordinate training activities with department managers.
• Ensure training follows company standards and policies.
• Support the Training Manager with daily tasks and projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
