PT Viridi Group Manufaktur Indonesia is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EXIM (Export & Import) Staff to join our new artificial flower manufacturing facility in Grobogan, Central Java.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) regulations and operational procedures
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and responsiveness
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java

Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete export and import documentation process independently, including BC 2.3, BC 3.0, BC 2.5, BC 2.6, BC 2.7, BC 4.0, and other shipping documents
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Bonded Zone requirements
• Identify tariff discrepancies and potential compliance risks to prevent customs delays, demurrage, and supply chain disruptions
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to support uninterrupted production operations
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of import and export activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import and export transactions
• Support continuous improvement of export and import processes to enhance operational efficiency
