Available placements:
- Queen City Mall
- Pollux Mall Paragon
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
- Aged between 20–28 years old
- Available to work flexible shifts (6 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to KOI Thé quality standards
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure daily operations are carried out in accordance with company SOPs
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational and service excellence
