Dua Cafe is looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis to join our culinary team in Nusa Dua.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, such as a restaurant, café, catering service, or hotel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
• Disciplined, responsible, and reliable
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
• Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work effectively within a team
• Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow professionally

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Prepare ingredients and ensure mise en place is ready for daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Support senior chefs during food production and service periods
• Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages or issues to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
