S Resorts Hidden Valley is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Front Office Staff to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Male candidate
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Familiar with the VHP Hotel System
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their stay
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and payment transactions accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information using the VHP Hotel System
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
• Ensure the Front Office area remains clean, organized, and in accordance with company standards
• Follow hotel SOPs and service standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience
