Arvo Bali is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista / waiter / waitress / Hostess to join our Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak.

ARVO Bali is an exciting new beachside café opening in June 2026, specializing in Western-style breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Barista who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Position:

1. Barista
2. Waiter / waitress
3. Hostess

Qualifications:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently when required
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently with high quality and presentation standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest requests professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and workspaces
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene procedures, and food safety standards at all times
