Sachi Guest House is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Staff to join our team in Jimbaran.

Join our growing guest house and play an important role in managing online distribution channels, optimizing property listings, and increasing bookings through effective e-commerce strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, OTA management, online travel, or the hospitality industry
• Familiar with OTA platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, Trip.com, and other online travel agencies
• Basic knowledge of Channel Manager (Channex) and Property Management System (GuestPro) is an advantage
• Able to update room rates, availability, and promotional campaigns accurately
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize property listings across OTA platforms and online booking channels
• Update room rates, availability, and promotional offers to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Monitor booking performance and ensure inventory accuracy across all distribution channels
• Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams regarding booking updates and guest information
• Maintain accurate content, photos, descriptions, and property information on OTA platforms
• Assist in monitoring competitor pricing and market trends to support commercial strategies
• Prepare basic reports related to booking performance and online channel activities
• Support the implementation of online marketing and distribution initiatives to increase bookings
