LataLiana Villas Seminyak is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Female candidate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within the hospitality industry, preferably in holiday villa rentals
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions and accounting records
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities
• Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records
• Support the Finance department with other accounting and administrative tasks as required
