Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position
• Ready to join immediately
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and night shifts
• Physically fit and comfortable handling guest luggage and outdoor operational tasks

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their stay
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and payment transactions accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with luggage handling when required
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the Front Office area
• Ensure all Front Office procedures and company service standards are consistently followed
