Madawa Bali is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Daily Worker (DW) Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Benoa, Nusa Dua.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café is preferred
• Basic knowledge of the sequence of service as a waiter/waitress
• Friendly, responsive, polite, and well-groomed appearance
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ready to join immediately is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with recommendations when needed
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Prepare and maintain dining tables, service stations, and restaurant areas according to company standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout every shift
• Support the team in delivering exceptional hospitality and efficient restaurant operations
