Arvo is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction mindset
• Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations when appropriate
• Take guest orders accurately using the POS system and ensure timely service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver efficient and seamless service
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain dining tables, service stations, and restaurant areas according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout every shift
• Support the successful pre-opening setup and daily front-of-house operations
