Praia Beach Club is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Pre-Opening Leadership Team in Bali.
Be part of the exciting journey of building Praia Beach Club, a premium beachfront hospitality destination opening in September 2026 at Pandawa Beach, Bali. As Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the people, culture, and operational foundations of both Praia Villas and Praia Beach Club.
Qualifications:
- Proven Human Resources management experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and employment regulations
- Experience managing BPJS administration and payroll processes
- Strong recruitment, onboarding, and employee development experience
- Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Human Resources operations for Praia Villas and Praia Beach Club
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labour law
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Oversee payroll administration, BPJS compliance, employee records, and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement, performance management, training, and career development initiatives
- Build and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s vision and values
- Provide guidance to department heads on HR matters, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Support the successful pre-opening recruitment and workforce planning for Praia Beach Club
