Villa Ananda Canggu is looking for a passionate and dedicated Butler to join our team starting this August.

The successful candidate will be based primarily at Villa Ananda in Canggu (Banjar Anyar) and will be assigned to Villa Akasha when there are no guests at Villa Ananda.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality background, preferably with villa experience
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and able to work effectively within a team
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personalized butler service throughout their stay
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and guest requests in a professional manner
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare villas before guest arrivals to ensure the highest presentation standards
• Arrange meals, transportation, activities, and other guest services as requested
• Maintain excellent communication with guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs
• Ensure all villa facilities and guest amenities are maintained according to company standards
• Support operations at Villa Akasha when assigned
