Praia Beach Club is looking for organized and detail-oriented Finance & Administration professionals to join our Pre-Opening Team in Bali.
Be part of the team building a premium, relaxed beachfront hospitality destination at Praia Beach Club, opening in September 2026 at Pandawa Beach, Bali. We are seeking dedicated professionals to help establish the operational foundations of the business from day one.
Available Positions:
- Bookkeeper
- Purchasing Officer
- Receiving & Storekeeper
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, reliable, and accountable
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- English-speaking is preferred
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeper
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping transactions
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Purchasing Officer
- Source and purchase goods and services according to operational requirements
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms
- Monitor purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely supply of operational needs
Receiving & storekeeper
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and deliveries
- Ensure inventory is stored properly and maintained according to company standards
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the Purchasing department
