Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Able to communicate confidently in English
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Responsible, well-groomed, and a team player

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when needed
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain dining tables, service stations, and restaurant areas according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the restaurant
• Support the team in delivering outstanding hospitality and achieving operational excellence
