Onyx Park Resort Ubud is looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Ubud.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will lead the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and operational excellence throughout the resort.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiar with housekeeping operational systems and procedures
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with resort standards
• Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies to ensure efficient stock management
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and housekeeping-related concerns professionally and efficiently
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that enhance operational efficiency and service quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the department
