Cocomo Canggu is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Senior Waitress to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication skills and excellent customer service mindset
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to guide the service team
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience
• Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Assist in coordinating daily floor activities and maintaining high service standards
• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and mentor junior service staff while promoting teamwork and operational efficiency
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area at all times
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to deliver exceptional hospitality
