Kahayana Suites Ubud is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, sales administration, or front office operations
• Familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS) and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Able to handle guest inquiries, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
• Honest, responsible, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Manage room reservations through phone, email, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other booking channels
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services
• Process new reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately
• Maintain accurate reservation records within the Property Management System (PMS)
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
• Monitor room inventory and assist in maximizing occupancy and revenue opportunities
• Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality of guest information
• Prepare reservation reports and assist with administrative tasks as required
