The Pakubuwono Spring is urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced Facility Officer to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational School (D3) graduate
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and achievement-oriented mindset
• Eager to learn and continuously develop professional skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service to residents
• Coordinate resident services, facility usage, and community activities
• Manage facility schedules, reservations, and payment administration
• Ensure the cleanliness, functionality, and proper condition of all facility areas
• Record resident requests, complaints, and prepare daily operational reports
• Provide emergency contact information and support internal operational activities when required
• Enforce apartment rules, company policies, and operational standards
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
