Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year experiences in the same role.
• Have experiences and back ground in hospitality & FB business.
• Possess a positive attitude and good team player.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Purchase goods and supplies based on operational needs.
• Source and communicate with suppliers to obtain the best quality and pricing.
• Compare quotations from different suppliers before making purchases.
• Ensure all purchased items match the required specifications and quantity.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when needed.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Keep accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with all departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
