Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate administrative documentation
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay
