Loft Legian Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and hospitality-oriented Front Office (Daily Worker) to join our team in Legian.

Qualifications:

• Well-groomed with a hospitality-oriented mindset
• Active, independent, pleasant, and positive attitude
• Honest, hardworking, and responsible
• Good understanding of English with the ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of the VHP Hotel System is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate administrative documentation
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area
• Deliver excellent customer service while upholding the hotel’s hospitality standards
