Sukma Cafe is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Coffee Barista to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
• Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste
• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work area
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements when needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience
