Aloft Bali Seminyak is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress (Daily Worker) to join our Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with a strong guest-service orientation
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
• Prepare and maintain table settings before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with hotel standards
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service procedures to ensure exceptional guest experiences
