Santanera Bali is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Hostess Supervisor to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 – 2 year of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel.
• Proven skill and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Available to join immediately.
• Good communication in English.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the hostess team to ensure efficient guest reception and seating
• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression of the restaurant
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations to maximize seating efficiency
• Coordinate with the restaurant floor team to ensure smooth guest flow and exceptional service
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Train, mentor, and evaluate hostess team members to maintain high service standards
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Assist management in implementing service standards and improving the overall guest experience
