Jungle Padel is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our daily operations across our locations in Pererenan, Sanur, and Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in sports clubs or the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop multi-departmental teams
• Experience overseeing Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security operations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational management systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth business performance
• Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve company objectives
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to maintain operational excellence and service quality
• Ensure Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security operations run efficiently
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with department heads to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
