Cocomo Canggu is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team and ensure smooth payment operations while delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Strong multitasking skills and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during every transaction
• Maintain accurate cash records and prepare daily cash reports
• Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Resolve payment-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally
