Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or property management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach

Job responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the property
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards
• Implement and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency
• Supervise and support operational teams (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Handle guest concerns and operational issues in a timely manner
• Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting
