Natura Resort & Spa is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administration (Daily Worker) to support purchasing and administrative operations within our team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requests (PRs)
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers when required
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing
- Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on pending deliveries
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, contracts, and filing systems
- Verify purchase documents and ensure all supporting paperwork is complete
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning when needed
- Support supplier evaluations and maintain positive supplier relationships
- Prepare purchasing reports and summaries for management review
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Accounting Officer
