Cloud Bakery Ubud is looking for an experienced and results-driven Operational Manager to lead daily operations and support the continued growth of our business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or café operations
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Maximum 40 years old
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the bakery and café
• Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve operational goals
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained
• Develop strategies to increase sales and business performance
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
