Santanera Bali is looking for a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team and create exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel
• Proven skills and knowledge relevant to the role
• Good communication skills in English
• Based in Bali
• Available to join immediately
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about mixology
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to company standards
• Develop and recommend creative beverage ideas and signature drinks
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests professionally
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times
