Aky Canggu is looking for an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead sales and revenue strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, reservations, or the hospitality industry (villa/hotel)
• Proven experience in developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in OTA platforms, channel managers, and CRM tools
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and team management skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and expand relationships with OTAs, travel agents, business partners, and key accounts
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
• Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Monitor business performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion
