Undako Suite is seeking an experienced Leader to oversee daily hospitality operations and ensure excellent service standards across the property.

Qualifications:

• Experienced as a Butler or in a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong understanding of OTA setup and management
• Knowledge of accommodation and hotel operations, including crisis management
• Familiar with inventory control and budgeting processes
• Residing near the Renon area is preferred
• Communicative with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good command of both English and Indonesian, written and spoken
• Holds a competency certificate in the hospitality field
• Has a clear and valid residential address

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily accommodation operations
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction standards are maintained
• Manage OTA platforms and optimize property performance
• Handle operational issues and implement effective solutions when needed
• Monitor inventory usage and assist with budgeting control
• Lead, guide, and support operational team members
• Maintain smooth communication between departments and management
• Ensure operational procedures and hospitality standards are consistently followed
